2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@hitopix.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Late or Missing Refunds
