1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Items that are worn, altered, or damaged (other than defects) or that do not have original packaging are not eligible for return.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations. To initiate an exchange, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. If the product is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team, and we will handle the exchange process at no additional cost to you.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect when you receive it, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@hitopix.xyz. We will provide instructions for returning the product and will cover all shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will either replace it or issue a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
6. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@hitopix.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.
7. International Returns
For international returns, please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
