Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
International Shipping:
Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
2. Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-3 business days. This includes verifying payment, preparing items for shipment, and conducting quality checks to ensure the order is correct.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information if applicable.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Address
Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues. HITOPIX is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. We can update the shipping address as long as the order has not been shipped yet.
7. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs and import duties may be charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. You will be notified by your local customs office if additional fees are required.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@hitopix.xyz. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the order is deemed lost, we will assist you in initiating a claim and provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
